Talk:Twister Geohash
That looks like snow...must be worthy of the Extreme Twister Geohashing Award?
Can anyone explain to me the image on this ribbon? Is this some kind of joke that I am missing? --CJ 14:05, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
Naked Twister goes better if the bodies are slippery. It's very difficult to see the image at icon scale though. I suggest this one. -Robyn 14:04, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
Times have changed
"The Twister Geohash achievement is the achievement that requires the most set up, as Geohashers have to take the Twister set with them where they go."
Boy is this ever an old achievement. Remember when merely packing a twister set constituted elaborate set up for a geohash? And why on earth is it restricted to land coordinates? I'm actually amazed we haven't yet played twister at a waterhash. -Robyn 18:55, 26 May 2011 (EDT)
- Four years later I read this and edited the achievement. If you play twister you get the ribbon, on land, on water, or even in spaaaaace! I added a bit about tornadoes to match the text on the main achievements page. And I added an extreme parameter to match the documentation. --Sourcerer (talk) 13:39, 21 August 2015 (EDT)
