Abstract
How would you like to go on quests and earn achievements... IN REAL LIFE? Learn how to use the MD5 hash algorithm and the Dow Jones Index to generate adventure, to explore beautiful British Columbian landscapes, get exercise, earn nerd-cred, and meet interesting people; and hear tales from those who've done it. Details on the mechanics of geohashing and its community, and what goes on in our region.
