Hello Darkid, my fellow bot maintainer! You might want to add your bot to the list of bots, and ping the head of this wiki DanQ to request adding your bot to the bot user group, which will has certain benefits such as higher API limits and bot edits being hidden at Special:RecentChanges by default.
I noticed that your bot adds red links to potential expeditions. I like to keep the wiki free of long-term red links, so that Special:WantedPages only contains pages thst are actually wanted. In cases where an expedition page is unlikely to be created, it is better to use Template:External geohash link (or {{egl}} for short) in order to not create a new red link. --Fippe (talk) 16:27, 2 August 2022 (UTC)

Thanks for the callout on redlinks, I'll change my bot to use {{fullurl}} instead, so it's not a direct wiki link:

[{{fullurl:2022-07-31 47 -122|action=edit}} 2022-07-31 47 -122]

generates: 2022-07-31 47 -122

{{egl}} doesn't actually link to the new page, and I want to make it easy (for me) to create pages if I start an expedition. darkid {47, -122} (talk) 01:59, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
