Take train to closest station, walk over, enter and leave through the gate in the south. The outdoor parts of this kind of yards usually are open enough to the public on working days, since they contain many different companies who have visitors. *But* it's April 1st, Easter Monday, a public holiday, so very few to no companies will be working or receiving visitors.
Expedition
Arrived by train without issue, walked past the northern gate (which as I had assumed before to be delivery-traffic only, and it indeed was) to the southern one.
