About
The front of a condo (what, in Seattle? No way!) located at 3623 Whitman Ave N. From the "birds eye view" this appears to be an accessible geohash. The Fremont Troll is quite nearby, for those who haven't met him yet. This location also offers easy bus access, right off highway 99.

Expedition
Construction near my house and everything was running late yesterday - the kids school bus, my wife at work, everything. The kids and I arrived at the location 10 minutes after four. Still daylight, but not a lot of it, and my blurry attempts at flashless photography show that - sorry.
This is indeed a condo and what appears as a brown patch in the satellite photo wasn't a roof but a grassy area. Bordering that is a rockery, and the geohash spot is just on that rockery. The satellite photo matches my gps reception pretty closely. We broke out the sidewalk chalk and scribbled on the driveway and the geo-rock itself.
Walking half a block south and rounding the corner, we found the Fremont Troll. The volkswagen beetle he is clutching used to have California license plates, which tells you something about how we view our southern neighbors in this state. After gamboling about for a little while, we headed back to the car and home for a Pagliacci pizza. Another successful geohash expedition!
