The Ithaca graticule is at 42 degrees north, 76 degrees west. It includes the lakes Cayuga and Seneca, the towns of Watkins Glen, Elmira, Ithaca, Cortland and some of Geneva. It also hosts a number of universities, including Cornell and Ithaca College.
