Rename to Courtenay, British Columbia?

Why was this graticule named after Strathcona PP? I thought the idea was to name them after the largest cities -- in this case, Courtenay is the biggest (well, only) city in the area. - Elbie 20:26, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
