Location
On a residential street -- SE William Otty Road -- in Happy Valley.

This was a low-hanging piece of fruit, a literally middle-of-the-road hashpoint on a suburban residential street, not far from work. It was no great feat to pull up so that I was on the spot without bothering to get out of the truck.
