This expedition was extremely close to my weekday commute to work so of course it fell on a Sunday. Even so, it was close enough to home. There was a passing place on the narrow country lane where it was possible to park. From there it was about 500 metres to the hashpoint. A public footpath lead across a rape field (canola) and past some private woodland with non native but wild muntjack deer. The hashpoint was in another rape field about 20 metres off the farm track. The sun was setting as I arrived.
