Plans
My plan is to swing by in the evening. Due to my location, I'll have to wait a bit for traffic to die down on 25 and I-5 into WA. The terrain looks pretty steep on a topo map, but there also look to be some logging roads that approach from the east. I might get there around 1930-2000.
Expedition
Waited longer than I hoped for I-5 traffic to die down, left around 1900.
Still got stuck in traffic. Crossed into WA and by the time I got off I-5 it was starting to get darker than I felt comfortable with stumbling around in the forest and on logging roads.
Turned around and went home.
