Claims it was in the ocean, but appears to be on land

Active Geohasher shows hashpoint in the ocean, but Peeron shows it on land.

Ecksoh suggested a new meet-up point by dragging it near the city, closing her eyes, squiggling the mouse around a little, and setting it down. The meet-up had previously been planned for the ocean. It looks like it's in the southeast-ish.
