Just off a highway entrance ramp onto 421

On a road trip, I had planned to hit the 2013-03-10_36_-78 hashpoint, then this one, for a multihash achievement. Depending on what the area looked like when I got there, I planned to either pull over off the onramp (tricky...) or park in the neighborhood near the hashpoint and tromp through a field and some vegetation (and hopefully not a fence) to approach the point from the opposite direction.

Expedition

When the 2013-03-10_36_-78 hashpoint didn't turn out, I decided not to try this one in the dark.
