In a park in Modi'in.

Plans
Today's a fast day, and the kids have half-off from school. But Modi'in is fairly close, so I can probably fit a quick trip back and forth in at some point.
Expedition
I didn't manage to go until pretty late, after 8pm, after the fast ended. But it was easy enough. Bus #110 to a few blocks away from the point, walk to the point, which turned out to be in roadside parking next to the park, not in the park itself. Screenshot for proof, take my usual panorama at the point:
Notice that car parked on the sidewalk in the left half of the panorama? Here's the other side of that car:
Ouch.
From there I walked to a nearby shul to daven maariv; they didn't have a minyan, so I took the bus back to Jerusalem and found a minyan there instead.
