About

The southbound bus lane of I-405, at NE 70th Pl.

If the bus is on time, you will be at the stop at 4:01pm. Perhaps passing through the hash point at 4:00 precisely?

Expedition

I missed the opportunity to catch a bus in the morning, and had to be at my daughter's school by 3. That left me with an early speed racer opportunity. I cruised through solo at nearly 60 mph, clicked on the spot, then quickly decelerated at the vacant mid-day bus shelter. I hopped out and snapped a pair of extra photos from there - no way I was going to play on the freeway. I hightailed it before I saw a third patrol car go by.

The delayed satellite reports mean the numbers don't quite match up. The location was easily found anyhow, based on a light pole and the location of the overpass. Had I had more time, I would have taken the exit and stood just west of the spot, perhaps leaning over to chalk the jersey barrier.
