About
I would have liked to do this Geohash at lunch time because it was so close to my office. I rode my bicycle to work today and 26 mile bike ride was out of the question for lunch time. So, it ended as being an after work affair.

After sitting through some horrible traffic going west, I finally rolled up on the hash point at about 6:30pm even though I left my office at 5pm to get a jump on the traffic. 1 hour and 30 minutes to go 13 miles.
As I pulled up to the hash point the home owner was in the drive way about to get in his car with his daughter. I had the windows down in my truck as I was hot from the bicycle ride and it was really a nice day here in Atlanta. I heard his daughter say "Who is it daddy?". I didn't hear his response.
I hopped out of my truck and started walking up the driveway. I introduced myself, I told the guy that I was part of an Internet team searching out random GPS locations for prizes. He looked at me in a puzzled way like he was thinking why would any one in their right mind want to do that?
I looked down at the eTrex and there was only 20 feet to go. I explained to him that the point that I was looking for was at the end of his driveway probably a foot into his back yard. I told him that I would like to walk over there and take a couple of pictures.
He thought for a second and said that it would be fine for me to walk over there but I couldn't take any pictures. I thought for a second of something that I could say to change his mind as I was quickly beginning to realize that the string of consecutive geohashes would come to an end.
I said "Well, Okay never mind." and started to walk back to my truck. He then asked "What do you want to take pictures of?" I said only my GPS device. He then said "....Well, okay make it quick, we are leaving."
I raced over to find the spot and did a quick GPS dance to find the spot. I settled on 2 feet to go, click a picture off, dropped the map on the ground, took a picture of that, then clicked off a quick picture of myself at the spot.
I walked back to the guy and thanked him. I took another picture from the street and then headed off for home.
