Expedition

We started at about 11:00 local time in Halberstadt and used the car to go the longest part of the way. 15 minutes later, we arrived at the Heiketalwarte, a place with a rich history that has been used since the Middle Ages. Its main building is a tower that is now being restored.

Near the tower, we parked the car, switched on the GPS device and walked towards the hash. The way offered more obstacles than expected. The area was hilly, and after leaving solid floor, we had to follow a path through bushes and over loamy ground which was a little wet from rain and stuck to the shoes pretty well. Next to a tree line, we finally arrived at the hash.
