So I got home in the evening and we decided that there was just enough time to squeeze in a close 'n easy hash before putting the boyz 2 bed.  I wasn't quite sure I had enough highway to get up to speed and over in the left lane in order to hit the hash if I got on at the Bernalillo exit, but we decided to try it anyway.  Turns out I was able to hit it, but the camera didn't work with us very well.  We got off at the next exit, but I was a bonehead and got back on the highway in the same direction and had to go 7 miles south in order to turn around at the next next exit.  Grr.  We finally made it all the way back around, and got the camera bent to our will in the meantime.  The second pass at the hash was much better and we got the money shot a mere 36 feet from the hash.  Not so bad for 70 miles an hour.

Plus side: So close! It's a Speed Racer!

Minus side: It's a BUSY Sunday in the midst of the holiday season. Sigh. We'll just have to see if it fits in the schedule.

Expedition

Major props to my wife for taking the night photos. Yay!
