Discovered the geohash to be in a driveway of a small house. Since I was at 12m in front of the house, all it took was to look confused, and a few steps towards the front door. While looking through the pictures, I realized that I once again forgot to snap one of the phone. I got so used to using geohashdroid that it's not in my reflexes anymore. I hope that the maps and aerial pictures are enough to give me credit.

I took the various subways and trains to Niiza, had a walk around the very residential streets in what looks like one of the nicer, spacier neighbourhoods. Discovered the geohash to be in a driveway of a small house. Since I was at 12m in front of the house, all it took was to look confused, and a few steps towards the front door. I didn't even have to go after my non-existant language skills.
