I drove along the Barton Highway from Canberra, towards Yass, and turned into Boundary Lane. The lane is a heavily rutted, gravel path, undoubtedly more rutted because of the recent rain. At the top of the hill was the expected turn off into the property. I drove to the house, parked and approached the house. The lady of the house came out, and I explained Geohashing, to her expressed confusion and amazement, using the print of today's http://carabiner.peeron.com/xkcd/. I asked permission to photograph myself at the spot that I knew the hash to be. She then helped me to identify it, but declined to be photographed.

Expedition

I took some pics beside the small tree, and the loader/digger, and the very large white-barked eucalyptus tree on the other side of the driveway; then, I said goodbye, and left. At the farm gate, I took some more pics and then departed down the lane, taking another pic of the road sign, then returned to the city.

At home, I had trouble getting the pics off my phone-camera. :-(

Animals seen: rabbit, dog.
