an alley in Izmaylovsky Park, near Partizanskaya metro station; could be inside some building, so public access uncertain

I'll go there from the metro or tram station, check the hash accessibility, and leave slightly before 4pm... sorry, classes

Was a success, kind of (seems that the actual point was inside a building, but the building was small enough to get "reached" readings outside it).
