In a not-so-great part of Stockton, in my old neighborhood.

To not go there. I was at arcade near here in the middle of the day. When I came out, there were three hoodlums stripping my bicycle. If it hadn't been chained to something, the whole thing would have been gone. Not to mention the shootings, drug deals, and prostitution in this area. Not attempting.
