I did "Go at lunchtime, park on the road, and walk in." I discovered that there was good access to a wide-open wooded slope behind the houses by passing beside them. My GPS worked well enough that I navigated to near the hash then went down-slope to the south till I was within the GPS' 5m area of doubt. There, I discovered an abandoned wombat] hole.
