Expedition

Being a Saturday, I was going to aim for an Official Meetup. Since it was so close and a nice day, the plan was to ride the bike over. Ugh, this was my first Bike Hash this year, I need to do better on that.

Spent some of the day cleaning around the house and then playing some video games, and when it got close to 15:00, I started to get ready. It was a mostly flat ride over with very few turns so I didn't even write down directions. Locating the hash road, I saw the many radio towers across the street from the hash and knew I was getting close. Finding the cell tower driveway, I went a little ways down and put the bike just in the woods by the edge. Scrambling as best I could through the thick brush, I made my way toward the hash using the HashDroid app. I didn't think I'd be able to get a good GPS dance, but closing in, I found a path through the woods. Fortunately, the hash was right there on the path so I could walk around as I tried to zero in. After getting my pictures, I had an uneventful ride back home.
