Expeditions
I (according to the edit log, Mtastic) reached just outside coordinates at around 5pm. It looked to be government property, since it appeared that there were some Sewage and Water Board vehicles stored on site.
First semi-reachable geohash site in any of the four New Orleans graticules for me!
