I was in Sélestat in the afternoon and had a couple of hours free before I was meeting with friends. That looked more than enough time to extend my Consecutive geohash achievement: if I arrived at Rouffach with the 16:14 train and departed with the 17:46, that would left me with 92 minutes to walk the 3 kilometers between the train station and the coordinates, take some pictures and walk back to catch the train in time.
Expedition
Everything went according to plans. Walking between nondescript cornfields and a motorway in non-significant rain is not my favorite kind of expedition, but the location was reached easily and quickly. I even had enough time left to drink a beer while waiting for my return train.
