Plans
The hash is on the PGGM terrain in Zeist. This terrain is publicly accessible for cyclists and pedestrians during the day, if you stay on the paths. On the map, it appeared to be right next to a cycle path. I was planning to cycle a bit anyway, so a detour past here would be easy.
Expedition
Cycled there and found it to be in a pond. The layout of this corner of the terrain appears to be wrong on OSM. I got pretty close on the road on the other side. Technically within GPS error, but truthfully it was pretty clear it was in the pond.
