Location

Today's a fast day, and the kids have half-off from school. But Modi'in is fairly close, so I can probably fit a quick trip back and forth in at some point.
Expedition
I didn't manage to go until pretty late, after 8pm, after the fast ended. But it was easy enough. Bus #110 to a few blocks away from the point, walk to the point, which turned out to be in roadside parking next to the park, not in the park itself. Ouch.
From there I walked to a nearby shul to daven maariv; they didn't have a minyan, so I took the bus back to Jerusalem and found a minyan there instead.
