I'm glad to see that my idea sparked children. :) Very nice work. Did you find an easy way to assemble these large size graticule maps? I unfortunately cannot test it - a FP version would be nice for that. But it seems to do the job quite nicely. :) Does it yield similar numbers for the graticules that have already been analyzed? (e.g. Berlin, Germany or Seattle, Washington) I would assume that your version with the larger maps yields a much better precision (and lower percentages for roads and highways, as they are not as bloated on the larger maps). -- relet 12:08, 25 January 2009 (UTC) | I unfortunately cannot test it - a FP version would be nice for that. Re: Land usage
Salut ben!
I'm glad to see that my idea sparked children. :) Very nice work. Did you find an easy way to assemble these large size graticule maps? (I mean, leeching google maps would work to get a map, but how do you manage to confine to the graticule borders?) I unfortunately cannot test it - a FP version would be nice for that. -- relet 12:08, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
