After talking my friends Naty and Jones into coming along (I actually just told them about the whole Geohashing thing and they were like: "Call us and maybe we'll come along") we took the suburban train from Munich to Wolfratshausen and walked from there. The Hashpoint was about 6 kilometers along a road and only the last few meters crosscountry (This involved crossing a dangerous creek and Jones nearly dying from exhaustion :) as you can see below). We didn't have a GPS-device, but using a printout from googlemaps worked just fine. The Path was easy to find, so we did just put a sign at the place, took a few fotos and went on to Kloster Schäftlarn for a nice beer to celebrate our first Geohash. About two hours later we took the train from Ebenhausen back home.
