Congrats! I had looked at the page all day wondering if you guys had made it. Even the day after I was still wondering if you made it. I'm glad that you did. --[[User:NWoodruff|NWoodruff]] 14:00, 30 March 2010 (UTC)

Oh my. Are you doing this? And when are you leaving? -- Rhonda 18:48, 27 March 2010 (UTC)

We appear to be seriously considering it. -Robyn 18:55, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
I am so tempted. -- Rhonda 19:04, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
Wade is out doing an errand. I think no one wants to be the one crazy enough to say, "yeah, we leave at two!" -Robyn 20:03, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
... which is why we left at 3:30. --Wade

Okay, this is seriously outstanding. Best of luck to you, my crazy Internet friends. :-) -- starbird 22:15, 27 March 2010 (UTC)

Starbird, we went by your road today. I thought of you. -Robyn

Hats off to you folk. I feel like such a weenie for not driving two hours to up to Quebec today for an on road hash now... - wmcduff 23:12, 27 March 2010 (UTC)

post-expedition comments

HOORAY! Congratulations! I knew you were crazy enough to go, but I didn't expect the helicopter ride! I guess this expedition has earned its place in the Hall of Amazingness - Danatar 22:42, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

very nice, very nice, even after just a brief look through the report, I have to say I'm jealous and impressed :) --mykaDragonBlue [- i have no sig -] 22:46, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

Congratulations!

Wow. Just....wow. What a freaking fantastic story...

Congratulations on the globalhash, the helicopter ride, the dedication and the write-up. I laughed, I cried (inside), I re-read the story twice, I wondered about what could possibly have left footprints that big in the dirt on the trail. Thank you for documenting this little journey....you've set a bar for globalhash achievements!

Awesomeness that you actually managed to do a globalhash! Especially in a helicopter! (Now to just get at *one* hash of any kind for myself...) I found what I thought were the tracks of some very large bird-type creature in the snow while hiking over spring break. Then I realized that they were actually funny-looking human handprints, probably from when someone else picked up snow to make a snowball. :P But I'm guessing your tracks were from an actual bird of some type. Bookworm656 23:59, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

Those were velociraptor tracks. Robyn and Wade were luckier than they knew! -- starbird 01:38, 30 March 2010 (UTC)

Hats off again to the awesome. I admit, as the creator of the globalhash, as I saw you going for this one I thought, "Please don't die, Vancouverites! I'd feel terribly guilty!" -- Wmcduff 13:24, 30 March 2010 (UTC)

The Hot Sauce at the Vietnamese Restaurant

It's called Sriracha (Sir-ee-rah-chah) --Aberro 08:17, 30 March 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, I was wondering about that one. Pho is usually a heavily garlicky (and quite delicious) fish sauce. Just slightly hot. But if it's Vietnamese, it must be Pho. Anyway, do I have to comment, on the epicness of your expedition? I think you've heard it all, seen it all. ;) -- relet 11:22, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
