Location is in restricted waters, off shore of Aberdeen Proving Ground Edgewood Area. Cordelya proposes the Edgewood MARC station as an alternate location. She's planning to stop by around 19:15.
Achievements
I'm unsure about achievement eligibility for this one. For the Restricted area achievement, must one actually reach the location?
