Drive past, obviously I can't stop here but can get within 0.5 m if I stick to the right hand lane whilst going west! (see satellite imagery)

Yup, drive there, and try not to crash whilst taking photographs.

Im claiming a tron achievement for this, as I did a loop, crossing one harbour in three places to get to this hash. Will provide proof when I have time to draw a map.
