The Barnstaple graticule is at latitude 51, longitude -4. Over 50% of the area is water in the Bristol Channel. Only the tiny area of north devon around Bideford, Barnstaple and Ilfracombe are covered, so opportunities within this graticule are limited for those in devon. A large section of wales west of (but not including) Swansea however is included.
