This will hopefully be a page for the Russian regional geohashes, and will (again, hopefully) help me coordinate the graticule name project.
(The big ones, such as Sakha, might get their own pages.)

Incidentally, how come it's Pushkino and not Dubna? I mean, yes, sure, Pushkino is about 40% larger (107k versus 75k), but it's also right at the edge.
