I decided to attempt both a Tron achievement and a Speed racer achievement
From my house (which was near the starting location specified, but not exactly to preserve privacy, I headed north to the 1600 N on ramp then headed north on I-15, then stayed on the south side of the road toward the point, approaching it from the south, then heading north, and back along the north side of the road to the freeway. On the way back I got off at the 800 N exit to avoid crossing paths [1]
