Leidenfrost and I had agreed to take the bus to somewhere near the hash and cycle the rest, but as he didn't arrive at the bus stop, I had a look at a nearby medieval market to pass the time. But Leidenfrost took the bus without alerting or answering me, so when I found out I just cycled the remaining 9 km to the hash. It was located on a meadow in the beautiful Kaltenkirchener Heide (Kaltenkirchen heath), which I had to bike and walk through to get to the hash. I jumped over a small creek and, miraculously, Leidenfrost arrived at the same time from the other direction. Thus I had my first actual meetup where I met someone at a hashpoint. We then rode home together.
