Expedition
Thomcat
A muggy late-spring day with very occasional sprinkles that would turn into a downpour later in the evening. I brought the faithful hashdog for a walk up and down the street, with plenty for both of us to sniff.
The hashpoint itself was easy to find, though I got a few interesting looks as I marked the sidewalk in chalk. A lot of people out with their kids and dogs, and a lot of kids out in general - the nearby high school was out for lunch.
Just a bit north of the point was a pocket-park I've been to several times. It was once a nice Victorian house, which was torn down for a basic one-story house, and that was torn down for the park. In one corner of the park is a cement couch and chair. I've got my Deja-Vu photo of lying down on the couch ready to go, if it can only gather the hashpoint.
