Today's hash was on the edge of the road in a business park in Benthuizen, which is basically a suburb of Zoetermeer although it belongs a different municipality. I rode my bike through Delfgauw, Pijnacker and Zoetermeer to get there. I found the hashpoint next to a bookbinding company, between their car park and the public road. After taking the required pictures I rode back to Zoetermeer to do some shopping, and then went back home.

  The bike paths between Pijnacker and Zoetermeer are always a pleasure to ride on.

  In Zoetermeer we cross the A12 motorway (which bisects the city) using the Nelson Mandela bridge. The middle section has been replaced with a temporary structure after it was discovered late last year that the original concrete was no longer safe.

  The rest of Zoetermeer mostly looks like this: medium-density family housing along streets with daft names like "Carp Stream" and "Lemon Orchard".

  We've reached Benthuizen.

  The business park is here, on the left. As you can probably guess, there's a furniture shop on this corner.
