In a shrubland near Baiersdorf

Expedition
Since I was awake quite early on this Sunday, I decided to take an early train to the hash, so I can be back home by noon. To reach the hash I can simply use the same connection I often use to go to work, and continue on my last train for a few additional stops until I reach Baiersdorf.
After leaving the train station and crossing the motorway, I enter the historic center of Baiersdorf. It's a nice little town, but I don't want to stay there - the hash further to the west. And I'm a little bit on a timer, since I want to be back at the train station in ~1 hour to catch my train home.
The hash is sandwiched between the river Regnitz and canal. To get there, I follow the road that crosses both. It's not a busy road on a Sunday morning, but I still appreciate the separate walkway next to it. According to my plans, I have to turn south after crossing the river to walk towards the hash. But since the path south is so tiny, I initially miss it, and have to turn back when I notice that I really shouldn't cross the canal.
The tiny piece of shrub-lands that contains the hash sticks out - most of the area is used for agriculture. But a helpful sign tells me the area is there to protect the drinking water - and so I can enter it.
After a little search, I reach the hash and walk back to the train station, catching my train home with ease.
