I had time to kill after work but before my next class, so across the Twin Cities I went. Destination: Carlson Towers, part of a complex of buildings created (I think) for the company that owns Radisson and a couple other hotel chains. Interstate 94 was clogged up on both the way there and the way back, RIP. Honestly pretty straightforward, I would label 'easy' if it didn't require ~1h10m total travel time for me to visit. Gray spitting rainy day in Minnesota today, and the rain continued when I pulled up into the parking lot. Made the last little trek to the (honestly quite nice and well-maintained) front park-ish area where the hash was, all in the rain, so I got a little bit wet. Honorable mention for Drowned Rat, I suppose! Exact hash site was no more than a couple feet off the polished stone walkway. I went up towards the Towers, snapped some photos including one of the confusing statue of Pegasus bucking a rider, and saw a man in a suit talking into a phone very business-like. Alas, I couldn't tarry because I had aforementioned class — I hurried back through traffic to my college and arrived only two minutes late. Huzzah! My first urban hash.

Expedition
