This achievement may be, er, achieved by achieving to reach a hash point in the middle of the night. To keep it fair, this must be the first midnight after the announcement of the hash point. This means that people living west of the 30W threshold will have to reach it on the night after the announcement of the hash (and not the morning before, mind you!) - which makes it the last possible time to reach this hash. People living east of the 30W threshold will also have to reach it on the night after the time the hash was announced, which makes midnight the first possible time to reach this hash.
Bonus points if you achieve this without a light source.
