The Stanley graticule is at latitude 46, longitude -66. It covers a fairly sparsely populated area ranging from the Fredericton suburburbs in the south through a rural area into a mostly wilderness area in the northern part of the hex. Highway 8 follows the Miramichi River valley, the main arterial route in this graticule.
