Report

Today's geohash was just too good to pass up...and when we saw it was only a few meters from a Hess station...we had hopes for our first Geosquishy. And we couldn't simply do a boring consecutive geohash, so we went berserk and tore into our glow sticks left over from the ['08] burn and our glow poi. We elected not to perform with fire poi as we feared twirling flaming balls on the side of a road would draw unwanted attention from law enforcement - after all, it was crazy enough that we were loittering about in sub-freezing weather with glow toys, electronics, and a plush panda.

Our worse fears where realized when we had to climb down into a drainage ditch (the picture does not do justice to the harrowing descent). You try hanging onto a stuffed bear, a $300 camera, and a Hess wild cherry slushy while climbing down a pile of rocks!
