::Ah good. That makes sense. Can it create the page if a talk page already exists?  I can put naming notes on the talk page and leave the graticule page uncreated.  If not, what's the minimum amount of effort I have to go to to make it so it can update the page? -[[User:Robyn|Robyn]] 17:53, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

:::Basically what I put on these pages: A graticule template with a map parameter ..erm.. and the correct coordinates for that graticule, actually. I just realized I did it wrong by just putting question marks where the coordinates should be. Same reason - some split cities use several graticule templates on the same page. It tries to make an effort to identify the correct one. -- [[User:relet|relet]] 20:35, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Sorry, Relet, I thought the bot would go about doing the rest. I created minimal pages for some of the oddly named graticules like that. -Robyn 14:50, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, well. Currently it can only create pages or update graticule templates. If I told it to put a template on any page that does not have one, it would do so on all the pages using alternate templates (GraticuleH, Graticule2, ...) as well. Bot is a crude tool following simple rules. And since we don't have any strict rules to follow in the wiki, I'm trying to adapt it gradually to what humans expect. -- relet 17:49, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
