TODO
- implement better regions for GlobalActivityByWeek so Yerushalmi's Israel expeditions aren't counted for Africa anymore
- include some of the "Not reached - (reason)" categories for ExpeditionGraticules and MostActiveGraticules (not all "serious effort" failed expeditions have Coordinates_not_reached)
- "MostActiveGraticules" alternative view (like on the wiki) that shows running statistics for the most important graticules instead of varying "top 15" for each month

- Yeah. You'd have to research names for the graticules and add them to All Graticules in order to make the continent appear normally, and I think that's not worth the effort if nobody ever plans to go hashing there.
