Expedition: Manu and Reinhard

Manu and Reinhard wanted to visit Manu's parents in Southern Thuringia, so this geo hash somehow lay on their way there. The closer they came to Möhrenbach the higher the snow walls piled up beside the road. Fortunately a parking lot near the hash was cleared of snow, so they could park their car and take out their skies. When they left the street they recognized, what a happy coincidence it was, that they brought their skies - the snow was about half a meter deep and the hashers certainly would have turned if they had to walk. Furthermore they had to cross several streams which were flowing over the meadows and building ravines by melting the snow. After struggling 870 m through the snow, Manu and Reinhard arrived at the hashpoint, where suddenly two green dragons and an orange bird jumped out of their backpacks. Reinhard recognized, how hard it was to walk through the snow, when he took off his skies to prepare an autotimer photo and sank knee-deep into the snow. Building a snowman at this hashpoint was unavoidable, though Manu and Reinhard weren't in the mood for building a very huge one. After taking the essential photos, Grünik, Grünko and Simon jumped back into the packs and Manu and Reinhard skied back to the car to continue their drive to Manu's parents. On top of the Thuringian forest near Frauenwald firefighters were blocking the road just before Manu and Reinhard got there and had to stop. They were really astonished, why the firefighters were starting to shovel snow onto the road, but understood, when few minutes later numerous dogsleds were crossing the road.
