Expedition
I went by on my way home in the evening. I was a little worried because it was late, but it also appeared the hashpoint was in a backyard with a fence between it and the street. (The front of the house is on an adjacent street.)
I arrived and dodged around a lot of construction and walked up the street. I got within 10 meters and declared success and headed home.
