Location

By the Riera de Pertegàs in Sant Celoni, Catalonia.

Participants

Plans

Go there by train, visit the village center, walk to the hash and when I feel I had enough go back home.

Expedition

The ride with the train went faster than expected. 40 minutes but only two stops. I almost had no time to play a few chess games.

Once in Sant Celoni I went to visit the village center and I found some poles signalling a touristic route, so I followed them.

I was quite impressed by the church they have. Then I saw the Town Hall Square and after that I went to locate the geohash.

It fell by the stream that goes north of Sant Celoni and it makes a very pleasant walk. I thought gathering the proof would be easy but it wasn't as much. On the other side of the stream were some private vegetable gardens and the little bridges to access them were fenced. And the hash fell right on the fence of one of them. I just had to get real close to get a good enough reading and proof.

After that I walked a bit more, I got myself something to eat and took the train back home. It was after all a very interesting visit.
