Location
In a parking lot outside a supermarket in Holon.

Should be fairly easy. Train to Tel Aviv, train to Holon, bus to the supermarket, squeeze through the parked cars to reach the point, take the reverse trip back.
Expedition
It was, in fact, fairly easy. But with one unexpected wrinkle. The bus reached the bus stop, immediately parallel to the point. Just before the driver opened the doors I activated GeohashDroid in preparation; satellite imagery said I'd only need to go a few meters into the parking lot to reach the point. But as soon as GeohashDroid activated, it said I was already there!
I still needed to get off the bus or it would carry me away from the point, but the point turned out to be in the bus stop, not in the parking lot. Easy success.
