Pretty simple - I try not to let too many reachable geohashpoint within the graticule get away, and this one is easy to reach.

In fact, it was so easy that I decided to go stand on the spot before opening the app. I snapped a picture in advance to upload. Pretty good guessing - I landed 0.8 meters from the zero point.

While there I snapped and uploaded a couple more of the spot - a convenient cement wall to chalk provides a nice sign for any other Everett geohashers.

Close by is a big man on a building. Next to that (and visible from the hashpoint) was a tavern - but no repeat of a Pub Geohash possible in the time of COVID-19.

I did pick up a few cans to take home, also arguably within sight of the geohashpoint. Brewery geohash?
